Untitled Document The Community Relations Committee is guided by its mission to recommend and implement the Federation's public affairs policy based on the values of tzedakah (righteousness and social justice), tikkun olam (improving the world), and chesed (kindness).

CRC:
  •  Works to build a more just society through its advocacy, volunteer and community building initiatives.
   •  Collaborates with groups and leaders in the Jewish and general communities to address critical domestic and international issues meant to enhance the quality of life throughout Greater Cleveland.
   •  Educates the Jewish community regarding issues of local, national and international significance.
   •  Promotes an environment of mutual respect, including within the Cleveland Jewish community.
   •  Bolsters support for Israel.
   •  Fosters informed civic participation.
